    Seeking OM offers made-to-order and curated products including apparel, accessories, and digital content. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  4. Pricing, Payment, Coupons, and Promotions:
    • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
    • We may change pricing without prior notice.
    • Sales tax is charged as required by U.S. and Massachusetts law.
    • Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards and any methods shown at checkout.

    Coupons, Discounts, and Promotion Codes
    • Coupons, discount codes, and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
    • Each promotion may have unique terms and conditions, including but not limited to duration, eligible items, discount amounts, and return restrictions.
    • Customers must review and follow the specific rules of each sale at the time of purchase.

    Final Sale During Promotions
    If a promotion states “all items are final sale”, the items purchased under that promotion:
    • Cannot be returned for a refund
    • May be eligible for an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
    • Must still meet condition requirements (unused, unworn, etc.) to qualify for an exchange

  5. Shipping:
    We ship within the United States. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

    • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items
    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
    • Refunds issued only after inspection and approval
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including digital goods, gift cards, personalized items, and clearly marked final-sale items
    • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
