Kae Edu
Originally from Brazil, Kae brings a rich cultural perspective to his work, blending Eastern tradition with grounded modernity. His teaching style is intuitive and nourishing, shaped by Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Prana Vinyasa, with guidance from mentors like Willa Worsfold, Larissa Forman, Anthony Tomasi, and Lama Sigmar Tseten.
Kae’s presence is calming and insightful, creating spaces where students feel both supported and empowered. A creative spirit with a deep love for crystals, astrology, energy work, and digital design. Outside the studio, Kae enjoys crafting by hand, diving into sci-fi or spiritual reads, exploring new tech, and gaming. His multifaceted nature allows him to hold space both practically and energetically. Through Seeking OM, Kae continues to guide others on their journey with empathy, intention, and care.
