At Seeking OM, we take great pride in creating artisan wellness products and delivering intentional, meaningful experiences. Our candles and mindfulness kits are handcrafted in small batches, adorned with gemstone crystals, and made with care by our team. All classes, workshops, events, and video on demand sessions are produced directly by Seeking OM.
Some merchandise is fulfilled through a trusted third-party print on demand partner. Policies related to those products are guided by the fulfillment partner and outlined below.
This page explains how shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges work across all product and service categories.
Shipping Disclaimer
At Seeking OM, our goal is to support you with clear information so you can plan your order and delivery with confidence. We share shipping guidance to help set expectations and assist with timing decisions whenever possible.
All shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and ship-by dates shared on our website, blog, emails, or other communications are based on information provided directly by shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS and are intended to serve as general guidance only.
Please note that Seeking OM cannot guarantee delivery dates or transit times. Once an order leaves our hands, shipping and delivery are fully handled by the selected carrier. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, high shipping volume, transportation disruptions, carrier operational issues, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
We encourage customers to use all delivery timelines as a rule of thumb, allow extra time when possible, and select expedited shipping options if delivery timing is critical.

1. Handmade Candles and Mindfulness Kits
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are:

Unopened

Unused
-
Unlit or unburned
-
Unwashed and untested
-
In original, resaleable condition

With all components included
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Candles that have been lit or burned
-
Essential oils, sprays, or rollers that have been opened or used

Smudge sticks, sage bundles, or palo santo that have been burned
-
Products with altered scent, residue, or signs of tampering
Exchanges
Exchanges are available when the desired replacement item is in stock.
Seasonal items may only be exchanged for products currently available.
Refund Processing Time

Inspection: 3 to 5 business days after the return arrives

Refund issuance: 5 to 10 business days after approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
2. Print On Demand Merchandise
Print on demand items are manufactured only after an order is placed and are fulfilled through a third-party partner.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Seeking OM cannot issue returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Incorrect color selection

Preference changes
-
Ordering the wrong item

Deciding the product is no longer wanted
Manufacturing Errors or Damage
If a print on demand item arrives defective or damaged:

Include clear photos of the issue
Approved claims may receive a free reprint or refund, depending on the partner’s policy.
3. In Person Yoga Classes, Events, and Workshops
All live offerings are taught and executed by the Seeking OM team.
Refund Window
Refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class, workshop, or event.
Same Day or Late Cancellations

One non emergency same day cancellation may be honored per customer

Additional same day cancellations will be considered a forfeit of the class or event fee
Emergency Cancellations
If an emergency occurs:

A credit voucher of equal or lesser value may be issued
4. Video On Demand Classes
All video on demand content is produced, recorded, and maintained by Seeking OM.
Access and Availability

Once uploaded, classes remain available permanently

Customers may access purchased content at any time
-
Single class purchases and full access library passes remain active indefinitely
Refund Policy for Video On Demand
Refunds do not apply to video on demand purchases, as content is available immediately and permanently.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are processed through the same form of payment and the same platform originally used by the customer.
This includes:

Website purchases refunded to the same debit or credit card through our website host

TikTok Shop purchases refunded through TikTok
-
Facebook and Instagram purchases refunded through Meta
-
Pinterest purchases refunded through Pinterest
-
Google and Amazon purchases refunded through their respective platforms
-
Recess app purchases refunded through Recess
Seeking OM cannot change or override the original payment method or platform. Refund timelines follow the processing rules of each platform.
6. How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Claim

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days:
