Scotty James
With a foundation in Power, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, his teaching is shaped by studies with Willa Worsfold, Larissa Forman, and Lama Sigmar Tseten. His classes are grounded in alignment and breath, but elevated by creativity, music, and a heartfelt energy that invites presence.
A trained vocalist and lifelong performer, Boston based influencer and content creator, Scotty brings soulful expression to every sound offering and yoga experience he creates. His passions include singing, acting, dancing, beach walks, nature hikes, and all things Disney (especially Stitch - just ask him!). Whether leading a dynamic yoga flow, chanting softly in Savasana, or co-creating a Seeking OM workshop, Scotty is driven by a love for authentic connection and artistic exploration. He shows up fully—playful, passionate, and present—inviting others to do the same.
